As a key member of our team, you help design future-oriented logistics solutions in close cooperation with our specialist units, our distributed software development and the enterprise architecture teams. **How you make a difference** * You will be responsible for integrating and optimizing the IT landscape in collaboration with solution architects, with a focus on modern architecture paradigms such as microservices, modularization, cloud, agility and open banking. * You create architectural concepts, target visions, specifications and principles for integration and software architecture, taking into account functional and non-functional requirements such as security, scalability and performance. * You develop target architectures and solution designs for complex, distributed systems. * You work closely with project teams and other IT architects and technical experts, supporting them in the development and validation of IT solutions. * You define and further develop company-wide standards and best practices and monitor and review deliverables in terms of architectural conformity and quality.   **What you have to offer** * In order to quickly familiarize yourself with this varied area of responsibility, you hold a degree in computer science (BSc, MSc or equivalent) and have experience in design and implementation. * You bring experience with microservices, container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes, and modern integration platforms, as well as in the simplification, standardization and automation of IT systems. * You have extensive knowledge of software development and understand the concepts of service- and event-oriented architectures, ideally in the Java and or .NET environment. * Designing cloud-native microservices, APIs, messaging solutions and CI/CD pipelines is part of your daily work. * You have knowledge of common architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate and the ability to create and implement standards and architectural principles. * You communicate well in written and spoken German and English.   We do not accept dossiers from recruitment agencies for this position.
