We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven **Shop Agent (m/w/d**) to support the expansion of the stores in Geneva/Nyon. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Your Responsibilities** * Actively support customers and sell products and services. * Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions that best meet their requirements. * Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. * Provide comprehensive advice on mobile technology, internet, and TV solutions. **Your Profile** * Completed vocational training in retail, sales, or an equivalent qualification. * Several years of practical experience in a sales environment, ideally within the telecommunications industry. * Strong closing skills and the ability to advise and persuade customers effectively. * Reliable, resilient, and flexible personality who thrives in a dynamic environment. * Confident, professional, and customer-oriented manner. * Fluent French and English- both written and spoken **What We Offers** * Opportunity to work for one of Switzerland's most innovative telecommunications providers. * Attractive compensation package with performance-related incentives: daily meal allowance * Comprehensive onboarding and product training. * Dynamic, supportive, and high-performing sales environment. * Career development and growth opportunities within a leading organization. * Workload: 100% * Duration: Initial15-month contract with strong potential for extension * Start Date: ASAP or 26.10.2026 * Work Locations: Geneva/ Nyon.
