* IT - Software Engineering * Bern * Contracting * Teilzeit, 80-100% * 01.08.2026 - 31.12.2026 * CI/CD, GenAI, GitHub **Deine Aufgaben:** * Design, develop, maintain, and enhance modern software solutions in agile development environments * Apply Generative AI tools effectively throughout the software development lifecycle * Support teams in adopting AI-assisted development practices while maintaining high engineering standards * Ensure software quality, security, maintainability, reliability, and correctness across all deliverables * Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous integration and deployment processes * Identify opportunities to improve engineering effectiveness and developer productivity * Analyze and optimize existing development workflows and software delivery processes * Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders * Contribute to the definition and implementation of software engineering best practices * Support the stable and efficient delivery of software solutions within modern DevOps environments **Dein Profil:** * Several years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or in a similar hands-on engineering role * Strong background in modern software engineering and software delivery practices * Proven practical experience using Generative AI tools in everyday software development work * Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and collaborative development methodologies * Strong understanding of software quality, security, maintainability, and engineering best practices * Ability to apply AI-assisted development in a structured, pragmatic, and responsible way * Delivery-oriented mindset with a focus on practical solutions and measurable outcomes * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills * Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and agile teams * Very good English language skills; additional languages are considered an advantage
