Senior ServiceNow SAM Specialist / Technical Architect Role Overview We are looking for a senior ServiceNow expert to lead the implementation of SAM Foundation & SAM Pro in a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver SAM capabilities (normalization, compliance, optimization, reclamation) Improve CMDB health, Discovery coverage, and CI relationships Set up SAM governance, reporting, and controls Drive migration from legacy SAM tools (Flexera) Requirements Strong ServiceNow SAM (Foundation & Pro) experience Expertise in ITOM/Discovery, CMDB, and software licensing Proven track record in enterprise environments Excellent communication and leadership skills Fluent English For this position we can only consider applicants with a Swiss work permit or a Swiss/EU passport.
