Description du poste
This role designs and optimizes catalytic and organic synthesis routes, turning them into scalable, cost-effective processes for pharmaceutical drug substance production. ## Tasks - Design and implement catalytic reactions into scalable, safe and cost-effective processes - Engineer catalyst structures to improve yield, selectivity, cost and sustainability - Ensure SHE compliance and document results per internal regulations - Engage with stakeholders in research, manufacturing, procurement and quality - Author scientific reports, publications and patent applications - Support training and supervision of associate scientists and interns ## Profile - PhD in organometallic chemistry or homogeneous catalysis with organic chemistry experience - Postdoc and at least 5 years of chemical process R&D experience in pharma or fine chemicals - Proven track record in transition metal catalysis and catalyst synthesis/characterization - Experience scaling catalytic processes from lab scale to multi-kg campaigns - Strong organizational and data analysis skills with meticulous documentation - Fluent in English, working knowledge of German ## Company Pharmaceutical development Apply online via Try&Hire with your profile — https://tryandhire.io/ch-en/jobs/e/senior-scientist-in-process-chemistry-catalysis-tah-ggltu/
