Zürich nach Vereinbarung 100% Internal Firm Services Everyone welcome ID: 732568WD ## **Your Impact** ## * Tätigkeit als Senior Marketingberater:in mit Verantwortung für die Planung, Umsetzung sowie das Debriefing von Marketingaktivitäten. * Definition der strategischen Ausrichtung der verantworteten Marketingthemen sowie Ableitung zielgerichteter Massnahmen und Kampagnen. * Verantwortung für das Controlling und Reporting relevanter KPIs sowie für die Planung und Einhaltung des Marketingbudgets. * Planung, Steuerung und Evaluation von Kundenevents, Direct-Marketing-Aktivitäten, Sponsoring-Engagements sowie Digital- und Social-Media-Kampagnen. * Beratung interner Stakeholder in sämtlichen marketingrelevanten Fragestellungen und Positionierung als zentrale Ansprechperson. ## **Your Skill Set** ## * Hochschulabschluss (vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder Kommunikation) oder eine vergleichbare höhere Ausbildung im Marketingbereich. * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing (mindestens drei Jahre), idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld. * Hohe strukturelle und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise sowie Genauigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck. * Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. * Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität sowie der Fähigkeit, innovative Lösungsansätze proaktiv einzubringen. ## Your Benefits ## Hybrid Flexible Working Model Our work model enables you to spend part of your time working in the office and part at home (provided this is your preference) - unless you-re at your clients- premises, which is of course always the priority.
