We are actively searching for a Securities-Funds Reconciliation - Investigation Specialist to join an international private bank for minimum 12 months Main responsibilities: - Reconciliation of our depositories for all our entities - Manual entry of the statements on our depositories not automatically reconciled, especially Hedge-Funds - Check differences and investigate monthly - Establish a list of pending for securities-funds - Handle and follow-up of current files - Claim back missing statements Skills and experience: - General knowledge of the Back-Office activities - Good interpersonal and organization skills - Attention to details and accuracy / meticulous and proactive - Knowledge in GTMatch - GTExchange - Globus (is an asset) - Good command of the MS Office suite - Solution oriented and pragmatic - Team player and comfortable working in open space
