The Woman-Mother-Child Department (DFME) consists of 5 services: neonatology, paediatrics, paediatric surgery, adolescent medicine and gynaecology and obstetrics. Within the Woman-Mother-Child Department (DFME), the paediatrics and paediatric surgery services offer comprehensive and multidisciplinary care for children aged 0 to 18 years. They maintain close links with the other services of the department. Mission You ensure the production and flow of medical documents and information internally and externally You ensure efficient management of hospitalisation organisation and the Pool You provide administrative support to the unit and hospital doctors in the context of their clinical activity You actively contribute to the quality, development and improvement of the unit’s services. Profile You hold a medical secretary qualification and/or a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent recognised title You have an excellent command of the French language and spelling You demonstrate rigour and have a sense of organisation and priorities You see yourself as a flexible, autonomous person with a spirit of mutual support You can demonstrate good mastery of common IT tools (MS Office) and, ideally, CHUV’s IT tools.
