The Solothurnisches Zentrum Oberwald supports individuals with disabilities. Join a caring team dedicated to fostering inclusion and skill development. Tasks Experience 1-5 days in various roles like EFZ caregiver, chef, or kitchen staff. Assist with simple tasks and engage with current trainees. Learn about training opportunities and the work environment. Skills Must be at least 13 years old and in 2nd secondary school with good German skills. Enjoy working with people and have a respectful attitude. Be physically and mentally resilient. The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all ages as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society. At our locations in Biberist and Zuchwil, we offer varied and exciting taster days that provide an insight into the future work and training environment. Taster Days as a Specialist Caregiver EFZ, Health Specialist EFZ, Cook EFZ, Kitchen Assistant EBA Your Field of Activity You will get to know the work in the respective area and the company during 1-5 days. You can assist with simple tasks. An exchange with trainees is possible and you can ask questions about the professions. You will receive information about the training. At the end of the taster days, you will get an impression of the Solothurn Centre Oberwald as a potential training company. Our Requirements You have reached the age of 13. You are in the 2nd year of secondary school. You have good German language skills. You enjoy working with people and have an appreciative attitude. You are physically and mentally resilient.
