About the job Join AXA, Switzerland's leading insurance company - as Your Contribution Your Contribution Independent handling from invoicing through debt collection to loss certificate within your own area of responsibility (property and personal insurance) Versatile telephone and written customer contacts including individual solution finding in financial difficulties Processing of payments, transfers, write-offs and clarifications of special cases Interface function to distribution, underwriting, CRM, accounting as well as external bodies such as debt collection offices and courts Your Skills and Talents Your Skills and Talents Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent basic training Excellent German and very good French skills (Italian skills advantageous) 2 to 3 years of experience in debt collection and/or knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (advantageous) or 2 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry in internal sales or customer service Reliable, resilient and open personality Strong customer and service orientation Openness to change, enjoyment of customer contact and good communication skills Committed team player with a good sense of humour Self-responsibility and decisiveness characterise you Apply now!
