This role provides harmonized administrative and operational support to the Corporate Leadership Team, ensuring consistency, clarity, and efficiency across the team while enabling flexibility to support additional projects aligned with business needs and individual development. What will you do? In this role, you will: Provide dedicated calendar and daily administrative support to Vice Presidents, including handling ad hoc requests such as mobile data roaming Manage travel and expenses activities, including trip bookings, visas, and expense reporting Provide travel and expenses support to Directors, including information related to visas Own logistics for ongoing team meetings and events such as offsites, team dinners, monthly meetings, and workshops Manage purchase requisitions and follow up on custom clearances, training courses, and events Maintain team distribution lists, access rights, and team storage Provide ad hoc administrative support to teams, including support with internal processes, meeting logistics, visitor management, and relocation flight bookings for new joiners Who are we looking for? University Degree 3+ years as a Senior Management Assistant in an international environment Prior experience in a multinational preferred; previous experience within the company is an advantage Strong technical and operational capability, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 Fluent in English Organized, proactive, and flexible, with experience supporting travel, expenses, meetings, and team logistics Able to provide reliable, confidential administrative support to senior stakeholders while managing multiple priorities What do we offer?
