Profile You hold a Master’s degree in Life Sciences; Biology or Immunology or an equivalent qualification Knowledge of cellular therapies: CAR-T, TIL, NK, cellular vaccines, or other ATMPs Expertise in analytical methods used in quality control: (flow cytometry; qPCR / digital PCR; sterility, mycoplasma, endotoxin tests; viability assays, cell phenotyping; functional tests (cytotoxicity, activation)) Ability to write and review SOPs, protocols, validation reports and regulatory documents Proven experience in supervising a QC team (3 to 10 people) Ability to manage interactions with Production, QA, Analytical Development, Logistics, Clinical teams Experience in a working environment compliant with good manufacturing practices (GMP) is a real asset Experience in qualification/validation of equipment, analytical methods and QC processes Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written You master common IT tools and are able to adapt to new software.
