Production Team Leader Vulcanizing CNC Machining (m/f/d) For our Vulcanizing division, we are looking for a committed Team Leader Vulcanizing CNC Machining (m/f/d). Your main tasks Technical and personnel leadership of the production team in 1–3 shift operation Ensuring an efficient, high-quality production process in CNC milling and turning Planning and controlling capacities, schedules, and production orders Support in CNC programming and design of clamping fixtures Ensuring quality, safety, and process standards Promotion and development of employees and team culture Introduction of new technologies, processes, and automation solutions Initiating and accompanying continuous improvement processes (CIP/5S) Analysis and resolution of quality, material, and equipment issues Your profile Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ Specialist and/or leadership training (master craftsman, higher technical college/university of applied sciences advantageous) Several years of production and leadership experience in mechanical manufacturing Very good knowledge of CNC and CAM programming Experience in production planning, lean management, and change management Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics D365) High social competence and assertiveness Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills Very good German skills, English advantageous What you personally bring You are a motivating, responsible individual with technical understanding and natural leadership skills.
