## job description ## We are looking for a new team member in the role as # **Process Engineer II (m/f/d)- 100%** # **Location**: Le Locle (NEUCHATEL) **Type of Contract**: permanent employment **Startdate:** in alignment with the candidate-s availabilities **Shift:** No ## **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** ## * Develop stable and capable manufacturing processes through a structured process development approach. * Manage costs through the delivery of scrap, reprocessing and consumable projects. * Design & develop tools, fixtures, gauges and special equipment for manufacturing operations in conjunction with Technicians and outside vendors. * Plan, execute, and document process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes. * Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput. * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. * Actively interface with cross-functional team members, always practicing good team work in support of day to day operating and project requirements. * Demonstrate strong leadership and a clear identifiable work ethos within the Engineering team. ## **YOUR BACKGROUND** ## * **Education**: Bachelor-s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * **Experience**: Proven background in manufacturing engineering, process validation, or quality engineering.
