Skills Completed training as a Pflegehelfer:in SRK or willingness to complete. Experience in long-term care is a plus; newcomers are welcome. Strong social skills and good German language proficiency. The Cantonal Health Centre Appenzell ensures high-quality healthcare and care in old age for the population of Appenzell and Innerrhoden. Our Alpsteeblick Retirement and Nursing Home – a place with heart and warmth and a beautiful view of the Alpstein – offers 61 residents a place of community, security, and a home. We are looking for a Your tasks – Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents – Active participation in shaping the daily routine – Taking on nursing tasks as a primary carer We expect – Completed training as an SRK nursing assistant or willingness to complete it – Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage, but career changers are also welcome – High social competence – Flair in dealing with elderly people and people with dementia – Decisiveness within the scope of nursing tasks – Good knowledge of German – Good IT user skills
