DEINE AUFGABEN Als Pflegefachperson HF bist du verantwortlich für die Pflege und Betreuung der Patient*innen vom Spitaleintritt bis zum -austritt Du steuerst den gesamten Pflegeprozess von der Erhebung der Patientendaten über die Organisation und Durchführung von pflegerischen und medizinaltechnischen Verrichtungen bis zur Dokumentation und Überprüfung der Ergebnisse Als Pflegefachperson bist du Dreh- und Angelpunkt für die Patient*innen, die Angehörigen und das interdisziplinäre Team Mit deinem Engagement übernimmst du helfende, beratende, koordinative und analytische Funktionen Wertschätzung, Einfühlungsvermögen und Professionalität begleiten den abwechslungsreichen Alltag in der Pflege DEIN PROFIL Eigeninitiative und Leistungsbereitschaft Kommunikations- und Beziehungsfähigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Wahrnehmungsfähigkeit Physische und psychische Belastbarkeit EINZUREICHENDE UNTERLAGEN Motivationsschreiben/Video... sowie aktueller Lebenslauf inkl.
