Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents. Address legal and economic questions effectively. Skills Experience in a legal role, preferably in a law firm setting. Excellent legal writing and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with a client-oriented approach. As part of the Banking and Finance team, you will work closely with our lawyers. You will have an interesting and broad range of tasks, which include the following: You support national and international financing transactions. You deal with legal and economic issues. You assist in the preparation and review of contracts, transaction documentation, and corporate law documents. Professional experience in a legal function (e.g., Legal Assistant / Paralegal), ideally in a business law firm environment Excellent skills in drafting legal texts, very good communication skills, and high attention to detail Fluent German and very good English skills, good MS Office skills, and a flair for IT Very well organized and efficient, with the ability to drive projects forward and deliver reliably within deadlines Structured and precise working method Team-oriented, straightforward, committed person with a strong client focus What we offer International working environment If you are attracted to an international working environment, then you are exactly right with us.
