About the job Tasks Ensuring perioperative organisation and smooth processes regarding efficiency and effectiveness in the operating area within your professional competence Co-responsible for achieving excellent work quality and high patient safety Correct implementation of all hygiene guidelines Instrument handling and assisting in all areas of orthopaedic surgery considering the established SOPs Responsibility for the proper preparation, treatment, and provision of materials, devices, apparatus, and instruments Flawless handling of medical technology devices as well as preoperative device checks Economical use of all consumables necessary for the operating process Ensuring comprehensive operating quality documentation and performance recording within the area of responsibility Profile Completed training as a certified specialist nurse HF FA OP, certified specialist nurse in surgical technology HF, Several years of professional experience Organisational skills and resilience Interest in further training Good German language skills in spoken and written form Flexible, independent, team-oriented, and motivated personality
