Job Advertisement: Sales Representative Field Service & Merchandising (60%) – Western Switzerland Your Tasks To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and independent individual for field sales with a focus on merchandising in Western Switzerland. In this varied role, you will be responsible for: Managing and developing our sales areas throughout Western Switzerland Regular visits to our retail partners and sales outlets Negotiating and ensuring optimal product placements and a strong positioning of our brand at the point of sale Training and coaching floor managers and sales staff on products, sales strategies, and brand presentation Monitoring, supervising, and ordering stock levels on sales floors Ensuring optimal product presentation and implementing merchandising guidelines Close collaboration with internal teams to support sales and marketing activities Supporting sales activities on Saturdays (approx. 2 shifts per quarter) Your Profile Proven sales talent with experience in field sales, retail, or merchandising Confident negotiation skills and ability to secure optimal product placements and brand presence Strong communication and social skills, confident and persuasive appearance, and ability to motivate and develop employees through practical training Independent, structured, and reliable working style High willingness to travel within Western Switzerland Residence preferably in Western Switzerland Very good French and English skills as well as good German skills Confident use of common MS Office applications Driving licence category B We Offer A varied and responsible role with great scope for creativity Independent work in a dynamic environment Attractive employment conditions Modern work equipment and support from a motivated team Opportunity to actively contribute to the success of our brand Workplace: Western Switzerland (field service) Workload: 60% Start Date: By arrangement Have we piqued your interest?
