This role offers a unique opportunity to support the build-out of a lean but strategic corporate platform within a global trading group. You will work on a broad range of corporate, governance, and compliance matters, with increasing exposure to trading-related legal topics as the business expands. An human-sized international trading company currently expanding its presence in Geneva as part of its global growth strategy. Description Manage corporate secretarial matters for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring strong governance standards Support corporate structuring initiatives, including potential relocation of headquarters and international expansion Contribute to compliance and internal audit topics in collaboration with global teams Assist on cross-border investments and projects, particularly in growth regions Gradually support the review and negotiation of trading and commercial contracts Profile 3-8 years of experience in corporate law, ideally within an international environment (law firm or in-house) Swiss-qualified lawyer (essential requirement) Strong command of English (mandatory); French is a plus Hands-on, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multiple topics Solid exposure to corporate governance and a strong interest in trading activities Job Offer Our client offers you: A highly visible role within a growing international trading environment with strong career development potential Broad and evolving scope across legal, compliance, and strategic business matters Direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to grow alongside a scaling Swiss platform
