If you already have substantial clinical experience in paediatrics (more than 2 to 3 years) or have solid research experience (MD-PhD or other researcher programme) and are aiming for an academic career, your training place is within the Women-Mother-Child Department (document "Presentation of DFME" in the appendix) of the CHUV, which includes paediatrics.
