# Manufacturing Process Engineer # (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Hinwil Start date: asap Reference number: 879410/1 ### Responsibilities ### * Lead process industrialization as a core team member in product creation projects representing the production processes * Collaborate with Lead Supply Chain, Lead Equipment, Quality, IT, and Operations * Define process requirements and architectural drivers to guide product engineering * Design and optimize process flows for global production setup * Create technical line layout in collaboration with all stakeholders * Own the implementation and validation of manufacturing processes across global sites. * Estimate production process cost. * Responsible for manufacturing BOM and bill of processes (BOP) ### Profile ### * Completed studies in the field of engineering (production, electrical, mechanical or similar) * Experience in Process Engineering role or similar * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tools * Knowledge with PFMEA is a benefit * Very good communicator  * Fluent in German and English ### Benefits ### * A very renowned company * Hays helps you gain a foothold in innovative companies
