Collaborate closely with parents, fostering a trusting and openly communicative relationship. Ensure a safe and trusting environment where children feel comfortable and secure. Work closely with your team to maintain and further develop globegarden's high-quality standards. What You Bring Completed training as a Early years Educator or equivalent social pedagogical qualification, for example:  BA Early Childhood Education, CACHE Level 3, nursery teacher etc. Passion for working with children and enthusiasm for fostering their development. Team spirit, creativity, and the ability to bring the curriculum to life. Open and confident communication skills with parents, colleagues, and children.
