About the job The Ageing and Care department of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in the five senior centres as well as with Spitex.   The Training and Further Education team, as a division of Corporate Development, is responsible for the implementation and development of training in various professions related to ageing and care, as well as internal staff further education. For succession planning, we are looking for two competent individuals to take over the Head of Training and Further Education in job-sharing from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. You will represent and be responsible for the important specialist topics of training and further education. You will contribute to ensuring that Ageing and Care, City of Winterthur, offers training and further education tailored to the needs of learners and students from a wide range of professions and employees. You will impress with your professionalism and commitment and work efficiently with your co-head. Your Tasks In job-sharing, you will take on these leadership positions and share the resulting  leadership, representation, and administrative tasks.  One leader will primarily oversee training topics and the other primarily further education topics.
