Join Kursaal Interlaken Holding AG as a HR Manager. Shape the future! Tasks Oversee HR for a team of 160 employees, focusing on support. Develop and implement HR strategies and processes for success. Foster a positive culture and manage talent development. Skills HR certification and several years of leadership experience required. Strong communication skills in German and English are essential. Experience in tourism, services, or casino environments preferred. Head of Human Resources (m/f/d) Kursaal Interlaken Holding AG (KIH) is tasked with economically managing its properties, including the listed halls of the Kursaal, and preserving them for future generations. Furthermore, KIH promotes tourism and the event business in the destination. To this end, it operates a licensed casino and the congress centre in Interlaken through its subsidiaries, Casino Interlaken AG (CI) and Congress Kursaal Interlaken AG (CKI).
