Join the City of St.Gallen as a Facility Maintenance Expert. You'll ensure buildings and surroundings are in top condition. Tasks Maintain and clean buildings and their surroundings effectively. Monitor and control technical building systems consistently. Perform repairs and maintenance work independently. Skills Craftsmanship skills and practical understanding are essential. Reliability and sense of responsibility are crucial. Physical endurance and independent working style are needed. Your new role As a specialist in facility maintenance with a focus on building services, you are responsible for ensuring that buildings, facilities, and their surroundings are in impeccable condition. You maintain and clean buildings as well as outdoor areas and monitor the building technology. In addition, you independently carry out minor repairs, service machines and equipment, and take care of the proper disposal of waste. Your work is very varied and combines practical, technical, and organisational tasks. You work both indoors and outdoors and make an important contribution to smooth operations.
