Laboratory Engineer \- Test Development \& Validation Do you want to do more than just apply testing and measurement methods\-do you want to actively shape and advance them? In our Test Development \& Validation (TDV) team, you will play a key role in developing innovative test concepts, validating new methods, and continuously improving our laboratory and testing infrastructure. In this position, you will combine technical expertise, analytical thinking, and project management skills in an innovative environment that offers a high degree of responsibility and ownership. Your main tasks Develop and optimize new testing and measurement methods for demanding technical applications Development and design of test fixtures and test setups Procurement and qualification of test and measurement equipment Validate, implement, and continuously improve test methods and test setups Train and support employees in the use of new testing procedures Create and maintain management system and quality documentation Independently plan and coordinate work packages and sub\-projects Monitor technological trends and innovations in the field of testing and measurement technology Develop and enhance automated evaluation and testing solutions using , MATLAB, or similar tools Your profile Degree (FH/University/ETH) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field Additional training or solid expertise in laboratory, testing, or measurement technology At least 2 years of professional experience in a technical laboratory or development environment Experience in leading or coordinating sub\-projects Experience with CAD systems (preferably Siemens NX) for the design and development of test fixtures and test setups Proficient in programming languages such as , MATLAB, or similar tools Structured, analytical, and solution\-oriented way of working Passion for driving new technologies forward and sharing knowledge with others Fluent in English; German is considered a plus Experience the benefits of working with us Pension fund mylife Diabetes Care 55% of the pension contributions Mobility support Charging stations, Swiss Half Fare Card, parking, close to public transport Free sport facilities affordable or free gyms Family friendly Financial contributions to childcare Working hours working time arrangements: Shiftwork, annual working hours, part\-time FlexWork Work where and when you want (in Switzerland) Up\-to\-date work environment Modern offices and production rooms; staff restaurant and break areas Together, we create solutions that improve lives.
