We grow together!** ## Job Description ## As **Key Account Manager** for the Business Unit Accessories (in Power Tools department), you will be driving revenue growth for our comprehensive range of power tool accessories for assigned Key Accounts. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business by developing and implementing strategies to expand our market presence and strengthen our relationships with key customers and partners. **Responsibilities** * Execute a strategic business plan to achieve sale targets of assigned Key Accounts. * Communicate and implement Key Account marketing activities at a customer level. * Negotiate with Key Accounts pricing, listings & aligned category management approach. * Cooperate with internal departments, and timely update stakeholders about assigned Key Account activities and feedback from market and customers. * Develop new business opportunities (segments, category management or new customers). * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. * Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. * Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management. * Report the target achievements to the headquarters in Poland and Switzerland. ## Qualifications ## * Higher Education in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred * Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or a similar roles (preferably within the power tools, construction, or related industry) * Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and distribution channels * Very good command of spoken and written English for daily communication in an international environment * Commercial mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to business growth opportunities * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international and cross-functional teams * Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and partners ## Additional Information ## **Bosch-s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
