For our Commercial Excellence department within the Digital Organisation in Arlesheim we are looking **from October 1st or by agreement for a** # **Junior Business Analyst Digital Analytics (m/f/d) 100%** # **The role** * This role will help us turn data into actionable insights for our digital business. As part of our central Data & Analytics team within Commercial Excellence, you will work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and country teams to support data-driven decision-making. Together with our Senior Business Analyst, you will focus on analytical depth - building self-service reporting capabilities for the business, delivering deep-dive analyses, and ensuring continuity through technical backup competencies. * Marketing Performance Analytics: analysis and reporting of digital campaigns and web performance, including providing data foundations for A/B testing (e.g. for conversion optimization) * Insights generation: actionable recommendations for digital touchpoints based on data analyses (e.g. customer behavior, market price dynamics) * Building self-service reporting capabilities for marketing, e-commerce, and country teams - enabling business stakeholders to access data independently * Conducting deep-dive analyses for business stakeholders to support strategic and operational decisions * Further development of our reporting infrastructure (Power BI / Google Data Studio) - building, maintaining, and consolidating KPI dashboards * Building working knowledge of our tracking setup (GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking) to ensure team resilience and continuity - a secondary but valued part of the role * Close collaboration with international country teams, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, and IT - translating data into decisions relevant to the business **Your profile** * Analytical mindset - ability to translate data into recommendations for action and communicate insights to different stakeholder groups and business partners (from operational to strategic level) * Confident in presenting analytical results to business stakeholders - turning complex data into clear, decision-relevant narratives * Experience in the digital marketing environment (performance marketing, campaign tracking) * Confident handling of data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI or Google Data Studio) * Basic technical understanding of data engineering and data warehouse (DWH) concepts is a plus * Experience in web analytics (Google Analytics 4, GTM) is a plus * Pragmatic, structured, and self-driven working style * Fluent in English and German **We** **offer:** * Approachable leadership principles * Sustainability & value orientation * Flexible working hours * Remote working options * Transparent & open communication * International collaboration * Working in a purpose-driven company * Mobility allowance * Combining work & family life * Innovative & exciting projects Everyone is welcome at Weleda - as an inclusive workplace, our employees are comfortable bringing their authentic whole selves to work and thrive with their personality at Weleda.
