Job Description Lead discovery and consolidation of the IT vendor landscape, identifying overlaps and driving standardization across business units. Own the implementation and management of a Software Asset / License Management (SAM) system, ensuring accurate tracking of licenses and renewals. Manage strategic IT vendor relationships, including performance reviews, escalations, contract lifecycle, and alignment with business strategy. Establish and enforce license governance, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and cost optimization across the organization. Deliver vendor and license reporting, dashboards, and insights to IT leadership, supporting budgeting, risk management, and decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, with strong experience in IT vendor management, procurement, or license management. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations at a strategic level. Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM), license compliance, and IT governance frameworks. Familiarity with IT environments (applications, infrastructure, tools) and collaboration with Architecture, Security, and Procurement teams. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a structured and commercially minded approach.
