CorFlow is a Swiss med-tech start-up founded in 2016 by renowned interventional cardiologists and medical device entrepreneurs. The company recently completed a major financing round which enables the expansion of the clinical program and employee team. At CorFlow, we envision being the leader in diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for restoring healthy microvascular blood flow anywhere in the human body where a critical need exists. We are developing a medical device that assesses Microvascular Obstructions (MVO) in real-time during PCI and serves as a treatment platform while the patient is still in the cath lab. Our mission is rooted in scientific excellence and driven by compassion for the welfare of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) patients. We seek a dedicated professional to reinforce our young, passionate and dynamic team in Bern. The position supports organization‑wide IT-related requests and drives automation tasks. It requires hands‑on familiarity with IT tools, system maintenance in a regulated environment, and experience with scripting or coding. Key Responsibilities • Handle internal IT/Microsoft 365/SharePoint inquiries and being the intermediator with external IT provider • Maintain and update the company homepage (WordPress) • Develop scripts and deploy tools for increasing automation across departments (Plus: Apply and explore AI tools) • Manage version control and code repositories • Maintain cloud infrastructure with help of IT provider (Azure subscriptions) • Train personnel and compile instructions on use of IT infrastructure and tools • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations • Support development and implementation IT strategy aligned management • Develop IT policies and procedures and technical guidance for the company • Monitor system security, data backup, and disaster recovery planning with external IT provider • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues • Monitor IT spendings and review invoices Desired Qualifications • General IT support and troubleshooting experience • Strong scripting/coding skills (e.g. Python) and good knowledge of Git/version control and databases (e.g. SQL) • Knowledge of web maintenance (WordPress, HTML/CSS/JS helpful) • Experience with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Office 365, CoPilot • Ability to automate workflows (e.g. documentation processing, data migration) • Strong communication skills for cross-departmental support and training material creation Nice to have: • Experience working in a regulated environment with quality management system and under GDPR • Familiarity with AI/LLM/Agent tools and practical application in business processes • Understanding of basic statistics • Engineering mindset Please note that we will contact only those applicants who are invited to proceed to the interview stage.
