About the job The opportunity Join our Industrial Engineering team, where team members work within two clearly differentiated focus areas: production development and industrial engineering. Each role has a defined main focus in one of these domains, while both profiles collaborate closely within the same team and contribute to shared production goals. Depending on your background, you will take ownership of one focus area while staying connected to the broader engineering activities. You will work hands‑on with production, engineering, and suppliers in a highly collaborative environment. This setup allows you to deepen your expertise while understanding adjacent processes. You will grow through real shopfloor impact, responsibility, and cross‑functional collaboration. How you’ll make an impact Develop and optimize production equipment and processes Design mechanical components tools and technical solutions Support industrialization of new products and manufacturing concepts Improve efficiency quality and cost across production Develop and optimize high voltage production processes Analyze and solve electrical and technical production issues Ensure safe and compliant manufacturing concepts Collaborate with engineering quality and suppliers Your background Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or similar field Solid understanding of mechanical or electrical systems Experience with technical drawings schematics or CAD tools Structured independent and solution‑oriented working style Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills Good communication skills in a technical environment More about us We are a technology-driven company with a strong focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainable manufacturing.
