Install, configure, and maintain workstations and devices. Provide 1st and 2nd level support for users, both remotely and onsite. Skills Experience with Windows OS and basic networking knowledge preferred. Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills. Excellent German and good English language proficiency. Your tasks As an ICT specialist, you support our team in the maintenance and further development of our customers' IT infrastructures. Your main tasks include: Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, notebooks and peripheral devices Management of user accounts and access rights Support in 1st and 2nd level support (remote and on site) Analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues Installation and maintenance of network components (routers, switches) Support in the administration of servers and cloud services Documentation of IT systems and support cases Participation in IT projects Your profile You are a motivated individual with an interest in modern IT and enjoy customer contact. Ideally, you bring: Good knowledge of Windows operating systems Basic knowledge of network technology (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP) Experience with Microsoft 365 is an advantage Independent and structured working style High customer and service orientation Teamwork skills and reliability Very good German skills in spoken and written form Good English skills
