As part of several strategic people-focused initiatives, the organisation is seeking an experienced **HR Project Manager - Employee Engagement** to support the delivery of programmes aimed at enhancing employee experience, engagement and organisational effectiveness. ## Job Description ## Reporting to a senior leader within a transformation and operational excellence function, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic employee engagement and people transformation initiatives. This role combines **project management, change management, stakeholder engagement and communications** within a highly international environment. Project Management * Lead strategic employee engagement and people-related projects from planning through implementation and delivery * Define workplans, milestones, deliverables and success measures * Monitor risks, dependencies and project progress * Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders Change Management * Develop and implement change management plans * Ensure stakeholder alignment and organisational readiness * Identify adoption risks and implement mitigation measures * Support the successful rollout of new initiatives and programmes Stakeholder Engagement * Coordinate closely with HR teams, internal stakeholders and leadership * Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments and locations * Manage relationships with external providers and partners where required Communications & Employee Experience * Support the development and execution of communication strategies * Prepare engagement materials, presentations and launch communications * Drive participation and adoption of employee-focused initiatives * Measure outcomes and identify lessons learned to support continuous improvement ## The Successful Applicant ## Education & Experience * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Psychology or a related field * Proven experience in project management, employee engagement, organisational development or HR transformation * Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions * Exposure to international and multicultural environments Skills * Project management and delivery * Change management and stakeholder engagement * Employee experience and engagement initiatives * Executive communication and reporting * Strong facilitation and organisational skills * Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously Languages * Fluent English required * Additional languages are an asset ## What's on Offer ## * Opportunity to contribute to high-impact people and engagement initiatives * Exposure to international stakeholders and leadership teams * Dynamic and collaborative environment * Permanent position * Geneva-based * Quote job ref JN-072026-7058283 Job Function Human Resources Specialisation Change Management Industry Not For Profit Location Geneva Contract Type Permanent Job Reference JN-072026-7058283
