Join our team as a Hochbauzeichner/in or Techniker/in Hochbau! Enjoy a collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth. Tasks Create concept, execution, and detail plans for building projects. Communicate effectively with planners and clients throughout the process. Support and mentor our apprentices in their training journey. Skills Experience in all phases of construction processes is essential. Proficiency in ArchiCAD and 3D modeling is required. Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented teamwork skills are needed. We plan individually according to customer wishes with expertise, performance capability and overview. Therefore, we are looking for personalities with expertise, independence and a sense of responsibility. To complement our team, we are looking for an architectural draftsperson or building technician. You - are familiar with all phases of a construction process - can create concept, execution and detail plans - have confident handling of ArchiCAD, experience in 3D modelling - commit yourself reliably, independently and goal-oriented - enjoy your profession and working in a team - communicate skilfully with specialist planners and clients - support our trainees in their training
