* Swiss company with international scope (6 months mission) * Industry in Canton of Neuchatel. ## About Our Client ## Our client is a medium-sized organization operating within the ENERGY manufacturing sector. ## Job Description ## * Senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the financial strategy to support performance, growth, and compliance. * Oversee all finance activities including controlling, accounting, budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX), reporting, internal controls, and compliance with Swiss and international standards (IFRS/GAAP). * Act as a key business partner: monitor performance, drive cost optimisation, present results, manage stakeholders, and support strategic decision-making. * Manage and develop the finance team, ensure efficient processes, and represent the organisation externally. ## The Successful Applicant ## A successful HEAD OF FINANCE should have: * Degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent (or Swiss Federal diploma in Finance & Controlling). * Around 10 years of experience in a similar senior finance role, ideally within a corporate or international environment. * Strong knowledge of Swiss and international accounting standards (IFRS). * Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail. * Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with excellent communication skills. * Fluent in French and English (German is a plus). * Adaptable, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork. ## What's on Offer ## Our client offers you: * A strategic 6-months leadership position with significant influence on business performance and direction. * Broad scope of responsibilities, combining finance, strategy, and operations. * Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and corporate stakeholders. * A role with high visibility, autonomy, and impact, including team leadership and cross-functional collaboration. * A dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
