We are looking for a Group Head of Tax to join the Team Your main Mission: Leads global tax strategy, governance, and compliance for the Group, ensuring full regulatory adherence while optimizing the tax position across supply chains and cross-border operations, supporting growth, and protecting the company’s reputation. Your main responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the Group’s global tax strategy, advising senior leadership on tax implications and regulatory developments. T ax Governance & Risk Management: Ensure robust tax governance and full compliance across all jurisdictions, including risk management, audits, and transfer pricing. Operational Excellence: Oversee global tax operations and reporting, ensuring accurate filings and driving efficiency through process improvements and digitalization. Business Partnering: Partner with business functions to provide tax guidance on commercial initiatives, supply chain, and financing structures. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the tax team while managing external advisors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective support. You bring: Advanced degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, or Law; relevant certifications preferred 10+ years’ experience in international industrial environments, ideally with Big4 or law firm background Strong expertise in international tax, transfer pricing, customs, and indirect taxes Proven ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional tax environments in matrix organizations Excellent analytical, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination (preferred) Join us – and grow with us.
