As Global Pricing Lead, you will support the launch of a key immunology asset by executing pricing strategy and ensuring alignment across global and local stakeholders. As Global Pricing Lead, you will support the launch of a key immunology asset by executing pricing strategy and ensuring alignment across global and local stakeholders. Description Drive the execution of global launch pricing strategy for a late-stage pipeline asset in a specialty indication Lead the development and refinement of tiered pricing guidance, incorporating senior leadership feedback and competitive insights Coordinate with external consultants to ensure robust pricing analytics and scenario modelling Facilitate the global rollout of pricing guidance to affiliates, supporting local launch preparation and governance processes Monitor global pricing policies, competitor activity, and market developments to assess potential risks and opportunities Conduct and/or interpret international reference pricing (IRP) analyses to inform pricing strategy and launch sequencing Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, HEOR, Commercial, and regional/local teams to ensure alignment Contribute to key governance forums and provide clear pricing updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders Co-lead cross-functional initiatives linked to global launch readiness and planning milestones Profile Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a strong focus on pricing and market access Demonstrated expertise in global pricing strategy and execution, ideally for pipeline or launch products Solid understanding of international reference pricing (IRP) and global pricing dynamics Experience working with cross-functional global teams and country affiliates Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations Experience managing external vendors or consulting partners is a plus Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders Prior experience in specialty care or immunology is advantageous Job Offer Opportunity to take on a high-impact global role supporting a major product launch Exposure to senior stakeholders and global decision-making processes Work within a collaborative, international environment
