Global Manufacturing Process Definition & Improvement Specialist

This role drives standardization, optimization and continuous improvement of global manufacturing processes, focusing on process technologies, automation and quality. ## Tasks - Define, document and standardize manufacturing processes globally - Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 principles - Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation and advanced manufacturing technologies - Collaborate with R&D, engineering, production and quality teams on new product introductions - Develop and deliver training programs on new processes and methodologies - Conduct process audits and performance analyses to identify bottlenecks - Manage complex process improvement and capacity expansion projects ## Profile - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related) - Master's degree preferred - Experience in manufacturing engineering, process development or continuous improvement in global operations - Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, Green or Black Belt desirable - Experience with automation, MES, SCADA and digital manufacturing solutions - Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD/CAM tools and statistical analysis software - Fluency in English required ## Offer - Remote work option - 3–6 months interim, then a permanent position ## Company Industrial automation Apply online via Try&Hire with your profile — https://tryandhire.io/ch-en/jobs/e/global-manufacturing-process-definition-improvement-specialist-tah-t8apd/
