We are looking for a dedicated, motivated individual as: **Freelancer Spa Therapist** ## Your profile - Possess an EU-recognized certification in beauty treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and classic full-body massages - Proven sales skills with the ability to confidently upsell treatments and products - At least 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in the luxury hotel industry - Previous experience in a similar role with documented success in meeting or exceeding expectations - Fluent in English; additional languages are a valuable asset ## Your tasks - Deliver high-quality treatments while strictly adhering to spa protocols and standards - Ensure a positive and motivating work atmosphere by fostering collaboration and maintaining a professional attitude - Provide expert post-treatment advice and confidently recommend suitable products to enhance the guest experience - Ensure efficient communication and responsive service to meet guest needs - Contribute to the overall success of the spa by consistently delivering exceptional service and maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction ## What you can look forward to - Workplace in a region with a very good quality of life and high recreational value - Various benefits in the Andermatt region - Attractive accommodation conditions in Swiss Deluxe Hotels & Orascom Hotels - 50% discount in our F&B outlets as well as Family & Friends rates - Up to 50% financial support for further training and language courses
