The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all ages as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society. At our location in Zuchwil, we are looking for an immediate start for a Nursing Specialist HF, 50-100% What to expect Provision of professional basic and treatment care Execution of medical-technical procedures and nursing services according to training and further education standards Co-creation of a meaningful individual daily life for people with multiple disabilities Assumption of tasks within the framework of the interdisciplinary key worker system Creation and management of nursing and care plans and collaboration with relatives and legal representatives Willingness to work at night Your profile Completed training as a nursing specialist HF Professional experience in health and social care and a special flair for working with people with disabilities Good communication and written skills as well as very good knowledge of German High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience Good IT application skills (Word, Outlook) Your perspective We promote an open and appreciative working atmosphere and give you plenty of room for personal responsibility and participation in a dynamic and changing environment.
