Collaborate with the care team, doctors, and families for optimal care. Skills Completed EFZ training in healthcare, experience in long-term care preferred. High social competence and empathy, especially for dementia patients. Good knowledge of BESA and familiarity with digital tools. A selection of your varied tasks • Responsible and independent care and support of residents, including creating care reports in the resident system (BESA) • Supporting residents in everyday life areas • Collaboration within the nursing team, with physicians, and with relatives • Performing technical nursing tasks • Provision of prescribed medications What you bring with you • Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ, with professional experience in long-term care an advantage • High social competence, appropriate and empathetic manner with a lot of heart, also for people with dementia • Enjoyment in taking on professional responsibility • Very good German skills in spoken and written form; understanding Swiss German is an advantage • You enjoy working in a team • Good BESA knowledge and familiarity with digital work tools are advantageous
