The Solothurn Center Oberwald supports individuals with disabilities. Join a caring team focused on inclusive living and societal participation. Tasks Provide professional basic and treatment care based on training. Support meaningful daily activities for children and young adults. Utilize good IT skills for effective communication and documentation. Skills Completed training as a healthcare professional or assistant. Strong social skills and resilience in challenging situations. Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken. The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all ages as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society. At our location in Biberist, we are looking for dedicated specialists for our children's living environments relief pool. Nursing specialist, health professional, assistant, relief pool children’s living environments, 10-100% What to expect Carrying out professional basic and treatment care (depending on training) Supporting the creation of a meaningful daily life for children, adolescents and young adults with severe multiple disabilities Your profile Completed training as a nursing specialist, health professional, health and social assistant or SRK nursing assistant Professional experience in health and social care and a special flair for working with children, adolescents and young adults with severe multiple disabilities Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience Good IT application skills (Word, Outlook) Your perspective You decide the maximum workload you want to work. This way, you can definitely balance work and family and/or leisure time. You determine if and when you are available to support in case of illness absences or other staff shortages.
