This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Swiss residency is mandatory. The role includes approximately 10% personal assistance support, requiring a strong service mindset. **Executive Assistant to CEO (Private Banking)** Our client is a private bank. **Missions** **Executive Support** * Provide seamless, high-level administrative support to the CEO * Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars, ensuring optimal prioritization * Coordinate international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics * Prepare, review, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations * Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders **Coordination & Communication** * Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up * Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion * Facilitate communication across departments and with external partners **Operational & Project Support** * Support ad hoc projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met * Assist in the preparation of board-level documents when required * Bring structure and efficiency to administrative processes **Personal Assistance (approx. 10%)** * Provide limited personal support to the CEO (e.g. appointments, reservations, logistics) * Ensure a smooth integration between professional and personal scheduling where needed **Profil du candidat** * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-level, ideally within a fast paced environment * Strong command of English (written and spoken) and fluent French * Swiss resident (mandatory) * Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable with digital tools and systems * Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities * Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs * Flexible, highly available, and service-oriented mindset * Absolute discretion, professionalism, and reliability **Conditions et Avantages** 1 day of home office per week
