Job Description Your Team and Your Mission We are an interdisciplinary sustainability team within the real estate consulting sector, supporting our clients in developing and implementing data-driven sustainability strategies. We combine expertise from construction and environmental sciences with digital and analytical methods. To successfully handle our exciting and demanding mandates, we are looking for a motivated individual with a technical and analytical affinity and a genuine enthusiasm for sustainability topics. After thorough onboarding, you will work independently or together with an experienced interdisciplinary team to develop sound decision-making foundations for our clients. You approach tasks in an organised and efficient manner, maintain an overview even with complex issues, and find pragmatic solutions. At the same time, you have the opportunity to actively contribute ideas and develop your professional skills. Your Responsibilities As a Sustainability Consultant, you will actively participate in day-to-day business and take on tasks related to data analysis, ESG assessments, and sustainability strategies: Conducting CO₂ emissions analyses at the property and portfolio level Calculating and optimising operational emissions reduction pathways for public sustainability reporting Handling ESG property ratings Developing and further developing sustainability strategies at the property, portfolio, and corporate levels Interdisciplinary collaboration at the interface between real estate valuation, condition assessment, and sustainability Active involvement in expanding our digital ESG analysis and evaluation processes Working with Switzerland’s leading software for real estate portfolio and sustainability management «Wüest Dimensions» Working with analytical tools such as Excel, Python, or other data-oriented applications In this position, you will get to know various areas of sustainability consulting, gain valuable practical experience, and build contacts within a broad expert network. You will be supported by extensive databases and modern IT tools.
