Your area of responsibility Creating and developing execution documents (electrical diagrams, installation plans, cable lists, etc.) for electrical systems, systems and controls on/in ships Conducting technical clarifications and evaluations in cooperation with customers, suppliers, authorities, universities and testing institutes Calculating cost estimates for electrical systems, systems and controls in the context of conversions or new shipbuilding Accompanying production, installation and assembly in the shipyard or at the customer Supporting purchasing managers with expert knowledge regarding suppliers and products Planning, leading and controlling subprojects (deadlines, costs, quality) Creating project documentation Electrical installations on ships Requirements profile Technical basic training (e.g. electronics technician, electrical installer, electrical planner, automation technician or similar) Experience in planning and costing electrical systems Knowledge of design and calculation principles as well as design standards in electrical and apparatus engineering Experience working with an electrical planning tool (E-Plan, Engineering Base and/or ECSCAD) Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; Italian and French are an advantage Communicative personality & team player Experience in trade and/or industry My job at Shiptec has many facets.
