Our approach focuses on emotional security, individual development, and a strong, trusting bond between educators and children.   Your Responsibilities Loving, professional care for infants and toddlers (from 6 months to 2 years) Creating a developmentally supportive daily routine tailored to the needs of the youngest children Building stable bonds and establishing rituals that provide safety and orientation Designing age-appropriate sensory and movement activities based on our EarlySteps curriculum Observing and documenting developmental milestones Sensitive, open communication and partnership with parents   Your Profile Recognized qualification as Early Childhood Educator Additional training or experience in early childhood development is an advantage German as a native language and good command of English High level of empathy, patience, and sense of responsibility Genuine enthusiasm for supporting early childhood development in a professional, research-informed way   Our Promise At Kids Residence Early Academy you will find not only modern facilities and a motivated team, but a culture of excellence: Be Creative - Be Curious - Be Brave.
