About the job D&I Trainee (Geneva - Switzerland) Join the FIA and contribute to the development and implementation of our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy. In this dynamic 12-month internship, you will support initiatives that foster an inclusive culture across Motorsport, Mobility, and Corporate functions, helping ensure that diversity is embedded in our people, programs, and events. As a D&I Intern, you will play an active role in supporting projects, partnerships, and internal engagement activities that promote equal opportunities and representation. You will work in a collaborative, international environment under the supervision of the D&I Manager and in close connection with HR and external stakeholders. You will be fully integrated into the team and will receive dedicated mentorship to help you develop both operational and strategic D&I skills. MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: D&I Projects & Program Support: Assist in the coordination and delivery of key D&I initiatives (e.g. FIA Girls on Track, Careershift, and other inclusion-focused programs). Support the development of new projects aimed at increasing diversity and participation across FIA activities. Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and impact metrics. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships: Support the management of relationships with internal departments, ASNs, teams, and external partners involved in D&I initiatives. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and partnership materials. Contribute to the coordination of events, workshops, and activations at races or FIA-led initiatives. D&I Communication & Awareness: Assist in drafting and distributing D&I-related communications (internal campaigns, newsletters, social media content, intranet updates). Support awareness initiatives, including key international days and internal engagement campaigns. Help collect and share best practices across the FIA network. Data & Reporting: Support the collection and analysis of D&I-related data to track progress and impact. Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to support decision-making and strategy development. Contribute to benchmarking and research on D&I trends in sport and corporate environments. Administrative Support: Provide general support on D&I activities, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks. Assist in maintaining project files and ensuring alignment with internal procedures. PROFILE: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Ethics and CSR, human resources, Social Sciences, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. A valid internship agreement (convention de stage) for the full 12-month duration of the internship is mandatory. A strong interest in Diversity & Inclusion, social impact, and gender equality is essential. Any prior experience in project management, event coordination, or non-profit/CSR initiatives is an asset. A genuine passion for Motorsport and/or sport as a platform for inclusion is a strong added value. Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must. Working knowledge of French is an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment. OUR OFFER: Monthly allowance: CHF 2,000 Meal allowance: CHF 230/month Remote work: up to 40% of the working time Transportation: participation in public transport subscription or free parking provided Mentorship: You will be accompanied and coached by experienced professionals to support your development in D&I and project management Exposure: Opportunity to contribute to international programs and events across the FIA ecosystem. Must be enrolled at a university and able to provide a valid internship agreement.
