Customer Quality Engineer

The role leads root cause analysis and quality case management for gas-insulated switchgear, working directly with customers to resolve and prevent quality issues. ## Tasks - Lead root cause analysis in GIS quality cases - Drive quality cases affecting multiple customers - Own internal and external customer complaints and ensure fast, sustainable solutions - Manage bigger quality cases and drive improvement implementation - Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders - Run sustainable improvement projects to prevent recurring quality issues - Support or lead on-site investigations and prepare method statements ## Profile - 3-5 years of experience in electrical power systems - Background in quality function or project management in gas-insulated switchgear - Profound understanding of project management practices - Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and tools (8D, A3, etc.) - Experience in commissioning GIS systems is a plus - Fluent English required, German and other languages beneficial - Good communication and cultural sensitivity ## Offer - 80-100% workload - 3-6 months interim, then a permanent position ## Company Energy equipment manufacturing Apply online via Try&Hire with your profile — https://tryandhire.io/ch-en/jobs/e/customer-quality-engineer-tah-dcjcf/
