As a Credit Operations Specialist at FinanceScout24, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our credit processes are handled reliably, efficiently and with a customer focus. You support the team in daily administrative tasks, ensure clean documentation and make sure that all relevant documents, data and process steps are correctly processed. You work closely with internal teams as well as our partner banks and help to enable our customers a smooth handling of their credit requests. What to expect You handle incoming and outgoing mail, send documents to customers and ensure that all documents arrive reliably. You create and send confirmations, letters and standardised customer correspondence, ensuring professional communication. You record and maintain customer data and transactions in our systems, ensuring high data quality. You support the administrative processing of loan applications, especially in document management, filing and archiving.
